All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. By providing your card details, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We store a reference to your Stripe customer record to enable future charges as authorized in the applicable rental or service agreement, but we do not store your full card number in our systems.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Service providers — third-party tools that help us operate, including payment processing, email and SMS delivery, customer relationship management, accounting, and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the services we engage them for.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, maintain our business records, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Booking and payment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Government-issued ID provided for identity verification is retained for the duration of your active customer relationship plus a reasonable period for fraud prevention, and is then deleted.
