Booking Site Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. online booking site (the "Booking Site") used to request bin rentals, equipment rentals, and related services. By using the Booking Site, you agree to these Terms.

Important: These Terms cover use of the Booking Site only. They are separate from the rental and service agreements that govern actual rentals or services. Those Service Agreements (the Bin Rental Agreement, Equipment Rental Agreement, and Excavation Service Agreement) apply at the time of booking or quote acceptance and govern the actual service provided.

1. About All Canadian

All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. ("All Canadian", "we", "us", "our") is a British Columbia corporation. Our registered address is Martindale Rd, Parksville, BC V9P 1R8. For service inquiries, contact info@allcanadian.ca or call 778-909-9874.

2. What This Booking Site Is

The Booking Site lets you submit a request for a bin rental or equipment rental, save a payment method, and authorize a deposit. Submitting a booking on the Booking Site:

• Is a request, not a confirmed booking
• Does not, on its own, create a binding contract for service
• Becomes a confirmed booking only after our team contacts you to verify the details and confirms availability

Once confirmed, the rental is governed exclusively by the applicable Service Agreement. If you also book equipment, both agreements apply to the relevant parts of your order.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a booking, including your name, contact details, billing address, site address, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. We may decline or cancel a booking based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Booking Site only for lawful purposes related to requesting services from All Canadian. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings
• Use the Booking Site in any way that violates Canadian federal, provincial, or municipal law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Booking Site, our servers, our customer database, or any related infrastructure
• Use bots, scrapers, or any automated system to interact with the Booking Site
• Probe, scan, or test the security of the Booking Site or attempt to bypass any security or rate-limiting measures
• Submit content containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads
• Use another person's payment method without their authorization
• Resell or redistribute access to the Booking Site or its content

5. Payments & Authorization

By providing your payment information through the Booking Site, you authorize All Canadian to:

• Save your payment method securely with our payment processor (Stripe) for the purpose of completing your booking
• Charge the rental deposit, disposal deposit, surcharges, and any other applicable amounts as described at booking
• Charge the final balance, tip fees, weight overages, and damage charges in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement
• Charge extended rental fees if the equipment or bin is not returned or made available for pickup on the scheduled date

Card details are processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Area Limits

The Booking Site enforces a service area whitelist for bin and equipment delivery. If your delivery address falls outside our service area, your booking may not proceed online. In that case, please call us at 778-909-9874 to discuss whether we can still serve you.

7. Quote-Only Services

Mini excavation, utility locating, debris removal, and other custom service work are not bookable through the Booking Site. These services require a quote prepared by our team and are governed by the Excavation Service Agreement, which is delivered with the quote.

8. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation, rescheduling, and change-order policies are governed by the applicable Service Agreement, not by these Terms. To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us at 778-909-9874 or info@allcanadian.ca.

9. Identity Verification

Equipment rentals require government-issued photo ID for identity verification. By submitting an equipment booking, you consent to providing a copy of your ID, which we store securely and use only for verification and fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

10. Customer Portal

If you create or are issued an account on our customer portal as part of your booking, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not responsible for activity carried out under your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

11. Availability & Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Booking Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Booking Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Canadian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Booking Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability under these Terms (covering use of the Booking Site itself, separate from any service rendered) is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Liability for the actual service is limited as set out in the applicable Service Agreement.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Booking Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

15. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms govern your use of the Booking Site only. They do not replace, modify, or override any Service Agreement signed or accepted at booking or quote acceptance. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement with respect to actual rental or service work, the Service Agreement controls.
