Bin Rental Agreement

Last updated: April 2026

This Bin Rental Agreement applies to bin rentals booked through All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read it carefully before placing your booking. If you are also renting equipment, our Equipment Rental Agreement applies to that part of your order.

1. Acceptance

By submitting a bin rental booking, you ("you", "Renter") agree to be bound by this Agreement and the All Canadian Privacy Policy.

2. Service Area

We deliver bins to Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Nanaimo, Bowser, Errington, Coombs, Dashwood, Cedar, and surrounding communities on Vancouver Island, BC. Delivery outside these areas requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.

3. Rental Period

Bin rentals include a 5-day rental period starting from the delivery date. If you need the bin longer than 5 days, please let us know in advance.

Extended rentals beyond 5 days are billed at our standard daily rate. If your bin is not accessible or ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional daily charges will apply and will be charged to the card on file.

We will confirm your scheduled pickup date when our team calls to finalize your booking.

4. Booking, Deposit & Payment

Bin rentals are charged in full at the time of booking. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for:

  • The rental fee (5-day rental, delivery, and pickup) — charged in full at booking
  • The disposal deposit (estimated based on the material type you declare) — reconciled after disposal
  • Any additional item surcharges (mattresses, tires, appliances, etc.) — charged in full at booking
  • 5% GST and 6% fuel surcharge — charged in full at booking
  • Extended rental charges, if applicable — charged after pickup
  • Tip fee reconciliation — see Section 7

Your requested delivery date is not confirmed until our team contacts you to verify details. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Area rates: Parksville / Qualicum / Nanaimo — $250. Bowser / Cedar — $300.

5. Prohibited Materials

The following materials are strictly prohibited in all bins:

  • Paint, stains, varnish, solvents, oils, and chemicals
  • Hazardous waste, asbestos, and biohazardous materials
  • Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
  • Tires and mattresses (available as add-on items with surcharge)
  • Freon-containing appliances without prior arrangement (refrigerators, AC units, dehumidifiers)
  • Liquids of any kind
  • Any material regulated under BC or federal environmental law

Placing prohibited materials in your bin may result in additional charges, fines, or refusal of disposal. If prohibited materials are discovered at the disposal facility, you are responsible for all associated fines, remediation costs, and additional tipping fees.

6. Bin Placement & Property Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting a safe, accessible placement location. We are not liable for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, lawns, underground utilities, or any other property resulting from bin placement, delivery, or pickup.

It is your responsibility to identify and communicate the location of all underground utilities, irrigation systems, and fragile surfaces before delivery. If you are uncertain, contact BC One Call (1-800-474-6886) before booking.

The bin must remain accessible at all times. Blocking the bin with vehicles or materials that prevent pickup may result in extended rental charges.

7. Disposal Fees (Tip Fees)

A disposal deposit is collected at booking based on the material type you declare. After pickup, the bin contents are weighed at the disposal facility and you are charged the actual tip fee. If the actual cost exceeds your deposit, the difference is charged to your card on file. If the actual cost is less, you receive a credit or refund on your final invoice.

Weight overage charges apply if material density exceeds standard limits.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date by calling 778-909-9874 or emailing info@allcanadian.ca.

Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed delivery date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the bin, placement of prohibited materials, or failure to comply with this Agreement. Our total liability in all circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental in question.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and is read alongside the All Canadian Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
