This Equipment Rental Agreement applies to equipment rentals booked through All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. ("we", "us") where you operate the equipment yourself. Please read it carefully before placing your booking. If you are also renting a bin, our Bin Rental Agreement applies to that part of your order.
By submitting an equipment rental booking, you ("you", "Renter") agree to be bound by this Agreement and the All Canadian Privacy Policy.
We deliver equipment to Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Bowser, Errington, Coombs, Dashwood, and surrounding communities on Vancouver Island, BC. Delivery outside these areas requires prior approval and is subject to higher rates.
Standard delivery and pickup fees:
Equipment is rented by the day. You select the rental duration at booking (1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 5 days / 1 week, 10 days / 2 weeks, or by arrangement). The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return or pickup date.
Delivery and pickup fees apply to every rental and are quoted under Section 2 — Service Area & Delivery Fees above.
If you need the equipment longer than your booked duration, contact us immediately to extend. Extended use without authorization is billed at our standard daily rate.
If equipment is not accessible or ready for pickup on the scheduled date, additional daily charges apply and are charged to your card on file.
Equipment rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged after the rental is complete. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for:
Your requested delivery date is not confirmed until our team contacts you to verify details. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
You are responsible for the safe operation of all rented equipment. Only qualified operators may use mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors. Improper use may result in injury, property damage, and full financial liability.
By renting equipment from us, you confirm that:
We require government-issued photo ID from the primary renter prior to equipment delivery. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid driver's licence, passport, or provincial ID card.
By submitting a booking, you consent to providing a copy of your government-issued ID to us for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. Your ID is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Delivery may be withheld if valid ID is not provided prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Equipment is provided in good working condition. You agree to:
You are responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
You are responsible for selecting a safe, accessible delivery and operating location. We are not liable for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, lawns, underground utilities, or any other property resulting from equipment delivery, operation, or pickup.
It is your responsibility to identify and communicate the location of all underground utilities, irrigation systems, and fragile surfaces before delivery. If you are uncertain, contact BC One Call (1-800-474-6886) before booking.
You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned or collected by us. In the event of theft, loss, or total loss due to damage, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the equipment. We strongly recommend confirming your property or liability insurance coverage before taking delivery.
Equipment is delivered with a full fuel tank (or standard operating level, as noted). You are responsible for returning the equipment at the same fuel level. A refuelling charge applies if the equipment is returned with less fuel than delivered.
To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date by calling 250-228-8781 or emailing info@allcanadian.ca.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed delivery date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to weather, equipment availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are solely responsible for the equipment from the moment of delivery until the equipment is returned to or collected by All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. We strongly recommend confirming that you have appropriate liability and property insurance coverage in force for the duration of the rental.
Personal guarantee. The renter personally guarantees, in full, the cost of any repair, replacement, or restoration required as a result of damage, loss, theft, vandalism, or misuse of the equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault. This guarantee is binding on the renter individually, in addition to any company or organization on whose behalf the rental was made, and may be collected by All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. by charge to the credit card on file or by any other lawful means.
No liability for use. All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. is not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage of any kind — including, without limitation, personal injury to the renter, the renter's employees or guests, or any third party; damage to real or personal property, fixtures, landscaping, vehicles, structures, underground utilities, or pavement; loss of business, profit, or use; or any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — arising directly or indirectly from your use, misuse, transport, storage, or possession of the equipment, your failure to comply with safety guidelines or applicable law, or your failure to comply with this Agreement.
Our total liability under or in connection with this Agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific rental in question.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees), and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your operation, use, or possession of the rented equipment; (b) any personal injury, death, or property damage caused by or alleged to be caused by your acts or omissions; or (c) any breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and is read alongside the All Canadian Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
