By accessing our website, placing a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms & Conditions include and incorporate our Equipment Rental Agreement, which applies to all rentals. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to both documents.
All Canadian Bin Rentals & Mini Excavation Ltd. provides bin rentals, mini excavator rentals, skid steer rentals, power washer rentals, and related services in the following service areas: Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Nanaimo, and Bowser, British Columbia.
Service availability is subject to equipment availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Your requested delivery date is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team. We will contact you to verify your booking details before scheduling delivery.
Deposits are applied toward your final invoice. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your confirmed delivery date.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to 5% GST and a 6% fuel surcharge. Delivery fees apply based on your service area and rental duration. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
By providing your credit card information, you authorize All Canadian Bin Rentals & Mini Excavation Ltd. to charge your card for: the deposit at time of booking, the balance upon delivery or completion of service, and any additional fees as outlined in the Equipment Rental Agreement (tip fees, overage charges, damage charges, extended rental fees).
Standard bin rentals include a 5-day rental period. If you require the bin for longer, additional daily charges apply. You are responsible for ensuring the bin is accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.
The following materials are strictly prohibited in all bins:
Disposal fees (tip fees) are charged based on actual weight at the disposal facility and will be charged to your card on file after pickup. The deposit collected at booking is separate from and in addition to any tip fees.
To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date by calling 778-909-9874 or emailing info@allcanadian.ca. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may forfeit the deposit.
All Canadian Bin Rentals & Mini Excavation Ltd. is not liable for any damage to driveways, landscaping, underground utilities, or property arising from the placement or delivery of equipment. It is the Renter's responsibility to identify and communicate the location of all underground utilities and fragile surfaces before delivery.
Our liability in all circumstances is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant rental.
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described therein.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
