These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. online booking site at rentit.allcanadian.ca (the "Booking Site"). By using the Booking Site, you agree to these Terms.
Important: These Terms cover use of the Booking Site only. The rental and service agreements that govern actual rentals or services are separate documents — the Bin Rental Agreement, the Equipment Rental Agreement, and the Excavation Service Agreement. Those Service Agreements apply at the time of booking or quote acceptance and govern the actual service provided.
By accessing the Booking Site, placing a booking, or using any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Booking Site.
All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. ("All Canadian", "we", "us", "our") is a British Columbia corporation. For service inquiries, contact info@allcanadian.ca or call 250-228-8781.
All Canadian provides bin rentals, mini excavator rentals, skid steer rentals, and related services in the following primary service areas: Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Nanoose Bay, Nanaimo, and Bowser, British Columbia. Service availability is subject to equipment availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Your requested delivery date is not guaranteed until confirmed by our team — we will contact you to verify booking details before scheduling delivery. Deposits are applied toward your final invoice and are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of a confirmed delivery date.
Standard bin rentals include a 5-day rental period. If you require the bin for longer, additional daily charges apply. You are responsible for ensuring the bin is accessible for pickup on the scheduled date.

The disposal fee collected at booking includes up to 1 tonne (1,000 kg) of material. If the actual weight at the disposal facility exceeds 1 tonne, additional tip fees apply to the balance outstanding after the deposit and will be charged to your card on file after pickup. The disposal deposit itself is non-refundable.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to 5% GST and a 6% fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge is subject to change at any time based on market conditions. Delivery fees apply based on your service area and rental type. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
By providing your credit card information, you authorize All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. to charge your card for: the deposit at time of booking, the balance upon delivery or completion of service, and any additional fees as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement (tip fees, overage charges, damage charges, extended rental fees).
You may use the Booking Site only for lawful purposes related to requesting services from All Canadian. You agree not to:
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us at least 24 hours before your confirmed delivery date by calling 250-228-8781 or emailing info@allcanadian.ca. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may forfeit the deposit.
Equipment rentals require government-issued photo ID for identity verification. By submitting an equipment booking, you consent to providing a copy of your ID, which we store securely and use only for verification and fraud-prevention purposes. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.
This requirement only applies to equipment rentals — bin rentals do not require ID verification.
If we create or issue an account for you on our customer portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We are not responsible for activity carried out under your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Booking Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Booking Site following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Canadian Bin Rentals Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Booking Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability under these Terms (covering use of the Booking Site itself, separate from any service rendered) is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Liability for the actual service is limited as set out in the applicable Service Agreement.
Your use of the Booking Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
These Terms govern your use of the Booking Site only. They do not replace, modify, or override any Service Agreement signed or accepted at booking or quote acceptance. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement with respect to actual rental or service work, the Service Agreement controls.
